Scalepact (scalepact.co) is operated by Hamza Liaqat. Scalepact delivers the Direct Booking OS framework to tour operators. This page sets out what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you submit the audit form, we collect your work email, website URL, and the bottleneck description you select. When you email us directly, we collect whatever you choose to share. We use minimal first-party analytics (page views, referrer) via cookieless tracking, no third-party advertising cookies are set on this site.

How we use it

Audit submissions go directly into our internal CRM and are used only to deliver the audit and any follow-up correspondence you opt into. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not run advertising retargeting on visitors to this site.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of any data we hold on you by emailing hello@scalepact.co. We respond within 5 business days.
