Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of the scalepact.co website and the audit / advisory services offered by Scalepact (Hamza Liaqat), including the Direct Booking OS framework engagements. By engaging us, you agree to the terms below.

Free audit

The 30-minute audit and accompanying written audit document are provided at no cost and with no obligation. The audit document is yours to keep and use however you like, including sharing it with another agency or team.

Engagements

Tier engagements are flat-retainer, month-to-month after the initial 90-day commitment. The 90-day commitment exists because most growth work doesn't produce visible results before then; it protects both sides from prematurely concluding the work didn't fit. After day 90, either party can end the engagement with 30 days' notice. All assets (ad accounts, dashboards, creative, customer data) remain yours.

Ad spend

Ad spend on Tier 2 and Tier 3 is paid by you directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms. We do not handle, mark up, or take a percentage of ad spend. Ad accounts stay registered in your business name throughout the engagement and after.

Limitation of liability

Scalepact is not liable for outcomes outside our control, including but not limited to platform policy changes (Viator, GetYourGuide, Google, Meta), seasonal demand fluctuations, or actions taken by you against our written recommendations. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior three months.
